The main emphasis of this project is to evaluate temporary utilizations for the production of woody biomass. The biomass production is done with fast growing trees which are managed with a rotation length of 10 years maximum. A funded economic and ecological assessment of this utilization form as a component of agriculture in combination with veneer timber production is implemented.
